Another body shot from Katona then an inside leg kick. Katona is really moving well and finding his angles, Lopez seems to be slowing down. They trade rights but Katona’s landed better. They just circle away the final seconds.

“The decision to rent attachments can come from two schools of thought. You can decide to become an attachment specialist by renting what others do not offer. While this is a capital-intensive investment and requires a good amount of marketing, word of mouth and education to the customer to let them know you provide equipment not traditionally offered in rental fleets, it does allow for a greater return on investment once you have traction and become a known resource,” Durante says.

The machine’s hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, and cylinders are of Liebherr design and manufacture, as is the available Likufix coupler, which eliminates the need for internal hoses by using integral hydraulic-oil passages. A universal coupler, in either mechanical or hydraulic configuration, is also available.

“The combination of mirrors and cameras basically lets you see all around the machine. You can bring up a split screen for the cameras at the back and on the right side. It’s a very functional cab.”

Loftness says other included features are the universal skid steer mounting, premium strength steel housing, adjustable skid shoes from 0.5 inches to -1.5 inches for below-grade mulching, a machined anti-wrap bearing protector, an adjustable push bar with welded claw hooks, an integrated pressure gauge and a staggered tooth pattern to ensure single-tooth contact with the work surface at all times.

The mirror-image vegan version Kerney and pastry chef Shawn Anderson-Calix have conjured up is virtuosic: This brioche, made with flax seed and vegetable-based butter — and boasting a texture miraculously indistinguishable from that of the nonvegan roll — is crowned with sweet-acidic pepper jam and a dusting of pepitas.
